I want to lose 20 lbs. Do I still have to diet if I am exercising daily?
In order to lose the 20 pounds you need both exercise and a change in your
eating habits. Don’t diet any more and make a life style change. The weight
loss is more permanent than dieting. You will also notice that once you’ve
made a nutrition life style change, you don’t have to exercise as long and
  as frequent.
